MicroManage is a personal/hobby project - a simple project management tool built for learning and fun. It's not a big company, just a developer sharing something useful. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Please don't use MicroManage to:
- Do anything illegal
- Store harmful, hateful, or illegal content
- Try to hack or break the system
- Spam or harass other users
- Upload viruses or malware
If you abuse the service, we may terminate your account without warning.
3. Your Data
You own your stuff. Your projects, tasks, and files belong to you. We don't claim any ownership.
We don't sell your data. We won't share, sell, or give away your information to anyone.
Backups are on you. We try to keep things running, but please export important data regularly.
4. Payments (If Applicable)
Free tier is free forever. No credit card required. No tricks.
Paid plans: Billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime. No refunds after 14 days.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (THE DEVELOPER) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE. OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, OR $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

No Class Actions
ANY DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY, NOT AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
6. Changes & Termination
We might update these terms occasionally. If we make big changes, we'll try to let you know. Continued use means you accept the changes.
We can shut down or change the service at any time. It's a hobby project, after all. We'll try to give notice if we're shutting down completely.
You can delete your account anytime. We'll remove your data within 30 days.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be handled in Singaporean courts.
